Brynn’s consciously themed daily yoga classes will provide the backdrop for your personal journey into relaxation and rejuvenation. Santa Teresa boasts some the world’s most beautiful beaches and offers year-round waves at its premier surf spots. Enjoy ocean views unobstructed by high-rise buildings, lounge in the hotel’s free-form saltwater pool, and dine daily on gourmet meals prepared with fresh local fish and organic meats, fruits, and vegetables in the open-air restaurant.

Head over to the spacious, ocean-view yoga shala for an invigorating morning yoga session led by Brynn. Spend your afternoon riding world-class waves, taking your first surf lesson, indulging in a massage, snorkeling in the tide-pools, lounging at the pool, taking a zip-line adventure, or hiking in the Cabo Blanco Absolute Reserve. Then meet back to the yoga shala for a more restorative and centering evening yoga session complete with guided meditations and breath work. Saunter back to the restaurant to laugh and converse in the company of your new friends over a gourmet dinner prepared with fresh local ingredients. Plan to fly into the Costa Rican capital's international airport, San Jose Juan Santamaria (code SJO). If you plan to arrive on Tuesday, April 10 make sure that your flight arrival time is no later than 12 noon so that you can make the transfer to Santa Teresa that day. You may instead opt to arrive on Monday evening and spend the night in the San Jose area before continuing on to Santa Teresa the next morning.
