I carefully design True Flow Yoga retreats to be affordable vacations in amazing locations, free of all of the usual hassles that vacations so often entail. I painstakingly research every location and organize every detail of my retreats so you can just relax.

I have been on many yoga retreats myself and keep track of what works and what doesn’t. I use this information to make my yoga retreats the best and most affordable in the world. I cut out the markups and the middlemen wherever possible, assuring my yogis the BEST vacations, in the BEST locations, for the BEST prices.

Introducing True FLOW Yoga

Yoga training, like so many other things in our society today, has become a corporate enterprise. This often means that authenticity and individualized attention are traded for more students and more profit.

I created True FLOW Yoga to offer my students a more intimate and fulfilling journey into yoga, whether they are attending my classes & workshops, my teacher training, or my affordable yoga retreats.

In particular, my Teacher Training courses are designed to fill the need for a return to the ancient tradition of transmitting physical, mental, and spiritual yogic knowledge from teacher to student in an intimate setting. Because True FLOW accepts only a few students at a time, each student is viewed and guided on a personal, one-on-one basis.
